What are my payment options?

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, shopping at Julia's Bra Shop is safe. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

For added security, Julia's Bra Shop has partnered with Paypal, an out-sourced solutions vendor, for completing our credit card transactions. Paypal.com offers advanced fraud detection and other security for transactions.

How much do you charge for shipping & handling?

There is flat-rate $5 charge for shipping & handling. We ship by USPS, and in-stock items are expected to arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. You should receive your order within 4 to 5 business days of the email confirmation.

When will my order be shipped?

Julia's Bra Shop usually ships in-stock items in three to five business days, excluding holidays. You should receive your purchase in 7 to 10 business days via USPS.

It is important to remember these dates and times are in effect for in-stock items only.

Does Julia's Bra Shop accept international orders?

Currently we only accept orders that ship to the continental United States.

What is Julia's Bra Shop's return policy?

Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase meets your standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. We cannot accept returns after 30 days. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed. Initial shipping & handling fees as well as return and exchange shipping & handling costs are not refundable.

How do I return something?

You will find a return and exchange form enclosed with your order. To return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange, and allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping & handling fees as well as return and exchange shipping & handling costs are not refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?

For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your credit card credited within ten business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping & handling costs of replacement merchandise.
