Julia's Bra Shop is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. We do not sell or trade personal information about you with anyone.
Your Internet Transactions
We use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. When you click on "checkout", you will connect with our secure server. SSL sends your browser information that "encrypts" your order, changing all the information that you send back into a code that is extremely difficult to decipher.
We use "browser cookies" and Javascript on our website. A "cookie" is a very small amount of text stored by the browser in your computer's hard drive. This text itself does nothing, but when you click from one page to another, our web server tells us you are the same user, it cannot tell us your identity. This saves time and eliminates the chance that your shopping bag might get confused with someone else's.
Is using a cookie going to give us personal information about you? No. Accepting a cookie does not give anyone access to your computer or to any personal information. It is simply a small file in which we keep information that identifies you as a unique shopper. The cookie will be deleted 40 to 60 minutes after non-use or browser shutdown.
Javascript runs on our web server to get the information from your shopping bag to our ordering system. It is a scripting language, it does not identify you.
Consent
Julia's Bra Shop will only collect personal information with your consent and for the purposes outlined under "Collection". Your personal information will only be collected online when you decide to order product, request information or contact us by e-mail.
Your consent to collection may also be provided: in person in our retail showrooms, by telephone, fax or mail, or by completing a check box on a form. If you would like your name deleted from our mailing list, please contact us and we'll remove it.
